We have our brand new 20 SEER 3 ton variable speed air handler and variable speed condenser with AI and WiFi. The installation was clean and professional. Bill who co-owns this family run business, was helpful in answering all my concerns and questions. They offer 0% financing options which is a plus. I did my research from Freon to equipment and he gave me the best and honest guidance. The installers Cody and Jayden provided clean preparation, removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment with no issues. They carefully took the equipment apart and provided a very clean result that no sign of them were there the day after. Leo came and did the programming and walked through the setup. Called Rylee for the first time after we had an emergency with furnace leaking water and had to shut down AC during night. Rylee answered my call first thing in the am and had a service technician, Guy to us within 1-1/2 hours!!! Guy was able to isolate and fix the problem right away!
